Dr. Barbara L. Jones, Ph.D.

     Dr. Barbara L Jones, Ph.D. is affiliated with the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin, as Associate Dean for Health Affairs and professor and co-director of the Institute for Collaborative Health Research and Practice. Dr. Jones received her Ph.D. in Social Work from the University at Albany, New York in 2004. Additionally, she is a clinical associate professor of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Galveston Medical School, research consultant at Dell Children’s Medical Center and collaborating faculty member at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. Dr. Jones has received numerous honors and awards and multiple academic / research appointments.
